Tandoori Cauliflower Steaks

These Tandoori Cauliflower Steaks are the perfect addition for a substantial vegetarian meal. The warming spices and cooling yogurt dressing make them adaptable to all tastebuds. They go so well with loads of different sides, or serve with curry, rice and popadoms for a delicious Indian style feast! Enjoy xx
The Recipe
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
100g yogurt
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp of grated ginger
1 tbsp of tandoori spice
salt and pepper
olive oil
Directions
To begin, preheat your oven to 180 C
Next, slice up your cauliflower into 3-4 cm steaks, break up the leftover cauliflower into florets
Mix the spices and yogurt together and season to taste.
Toss the cauliflower in the spiced yogurt to coat
Heat a pan with the olive oil on medium – high heat
Fry the steaks for a minute on each side
Place with the florets on a baking tray
Bake for 35-40 minutes
