Herby Balsamic Mushroom Ravioli

This Herby Balsamic Mushroom Ravioli is a super simple way to amp up the flavour and nutritional value of a household staple. I love how easy this mean is to prepare in just 15 minutes, it’s the perfect after work meal. The mushrooms are full of fibre so great for a healthy gut, I recommend adding in a few varieties of mushroom for an even tastier and more nutritious dish. I hope you love it xx

The Recipe

Ingredients

100g of mushrooms 

1 tsp of thyme

2 crushed garlic cloves

1 tbsp of olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 pack of mushroom ravioli

1 tsp of balsamic vinegar

Directions

Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat

Slice your mushroom and to the oil for 5 mins

Once the mushrooms are browned, add the garlic, thyme and season.

Fry for another 7 mins.

While this is cooking boil the pasta as pack instruction.

Drain your ravioli and add to the pan with mushrooms

Add the balsamic, season and serve.
