Click on The Glow Space tab at the top of the page and click ‘Start my free trial’. The free trial is a 7-day period, at the end of which your subscription will automatically start and you will be billed for your monthly / annual fee.

For a subscription that is billed monthly the fee is £8.99 per month, and the annual subscription is £83 (equivalent of £6.99 per month).

Your membership will include full and unlimited access to The Glow Space website where you will find a catalogue of yoga videos, guided meditations, meal plans, recipe videos and Sunday prep plans. You will also have access to any live events and Glow Space merchandise.

New content is released on Thursdays; yoga, meditation and new recipes are uploaded weekly, and meal plans are fortnightly.

You will be billed on the same day every month, on the date that you started your subscription i.e the end of your 7-day free trial. Your subscription (both monthly and annual) will auto-renew at the end of each payment period unless you cancel your subscription.

Yes, you can upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription – the change will be made at the end of your monthly period. However, you cannot convert from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription until the end of your annual billing period.

Go to ‘my account’ and follow the steps to cancel your subscription. You will have access to The Glow Space for the remainder of your payment period i.e. if you are billed on the 15th of each month, your account will close on the 15th of the following month. If you have paid the annual subscription fee then you will have access until the end of the year period.

You will automatically be billed for either a monthly or annual payment depending on the plan you selected when you signed up for your 7-day free trial. The payment will be debited from the account connected to the credit card details you entered when you started your free trial.

On the login page you can request to reset your password by entering your email address that you used when setting up your account.

Yes, all payments are taken via stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

We ask for credit card details as a way to make sure that only you receive a 7-day free trial. We currently pre-authorize the amount of £1 with every trial sign up as a way to help us prevent fraudulent activity. This amount will be credited back to your account within a few days as it is only meant to authenticate your credit card at registration.

You do not need any specific equipment to use The Glow Space other than a computer / smartphone, a yoga mat, and a place to cook and prepare food!
