Ginger & Tamari Fish Parcels

I served these Ginger & Tamari Fish Parcels abundantly with sticky rice noodles & tender pak choi – it’s ready in 15 minutes!! So delicious and super healthy. The Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp of grated ginger
1 lemongrass stalk, finely grated
2 spring onion, finely chopped
2 pak choi, thinly sliced
1 tbsp of fish sauce
Juice of 1 lime
2 fillets of seabass
1 tsp of tamari
100g of rice noodles
20g of roasted cashews

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Mix the shallot, garlic, ginger, lemon grass, spring onion, fish sauce, tamari and half the lime juice together.

Grab some parchment paper place half the pak choi on one and the other half on the other. Place fish fillets on top of each of them.

Pour over the dressing equally over both. Wrap up the parchment and pop in the oven for 10 minutes. Rinse the rice noodles, cook as per pack instruction.

Serve together topped with the cashews
