Smoked Corn Ribs

I had so much fun creating these smoked bbq corn ribs. They are a fantastic meat-free option to serve at your bbq’s this Summer, if you love ribs then you will love this vegetarian upgrade.

I have seen a lot of people on TikTok make this recipe and I had to join in, this is definitely a trend I can get behind. The dressing is bursting with tangy and chilli flavours.

The Recipe

Ingredients

2 corn on the cobs

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of tamari

1 tsp of smoked paprika

1 tsp of garlic granules

Toppings:

coriander

lime juice

Directions

Start by slicing the corn into half and then into quarters. Slice the corn top up and slice down using a sharp knife.

Separately mix the olive oil, tamari and spices together and rub the quartered corn in it.

Fire up the bbq and griddle the corn for 5 minutes, turning every minute.

Once charred top with lime juice and coriander.
