Sriracha Butterbeans with Yoghurt Tahini on Toast

Sriracha Butterbeans With Yogurt Tahini On Toast – yum! A new way to do brunch that doesn’t involve your standard eggs and avo! I love how easy this recipe is, hassle free, using cupboard ingredients and it’s just incredibly delicious. Give it a go!

The Recipe

Ingredients

1 can of butterbeans
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of sriracha
100g yogurt
2 tbsp of tahini
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
Toast

Directions

Add the oil in a pan on a medium heat. Drain the beans and rinse them. Add them to the pan and fry for a few mins then add the sriracha and fry for 5 mins until golden. Season and take off the heat.

Mix the yogurt, lemon, tahini and a pinch of salt together with 2 tbsp of water.

Dollop the beans and yogurt and serve on perfectly golden toast!
