Why did you start your website?

I started my website in September 2012 when I moved back from Australia. I had been working in an organic cafe cooking for a few years and wanted to share all the knowledge I had learnt. All I want to do is make healthy eating sexy, delicious and simple. I hope you enjoy it.

How did you learn to cook?

I learnt to cook on the job at a cafe I worked at in Sydney called Origin of Energy.  I fell in love with cooking and knew then and there I wanted to be in the wellness world.  I’m not professionally trained, I’m just passionate and create recipes you can easily make at home.
