My chocolate fudge is totally raw which means it retains all of it’s goodness. It’s the perfect treat that is decadent without being naughty.

100 g Coconut Oil
100 g Almond Butter
50 g Raw Cacao
100 g Honey
A Pinch of Sea Salt
STEP 1: MIX BUTTER AND OIL
Place the nut butter and coconut oil in your food processor and mix.
STEP 2: BLEND OTHER INGREDIENTS
Add the raw cacao, then place the rest of the ingredients in and whizz for a few minutes until totally gooey.
STEP 3: PUT IN BAKING TRAY AND FREEZE
Scoop out of the food processor with a spatula and place into a small (coconut oil greased or laid with grease proof baking paper) baking tray, then place in the freezer for 1 hour.
STEP 4: CUT UP AND SERVE
Cut up your fudge into bite size bites then pop them back in the fridge until you want to eat them.
