Hands up if you like chocolate! Kaushal and I are back in the kitchen with Icon Network showing you how to make Raw Chocolate Balls – a healthy and refined sugar-free alternatives to chocolate. Make them up at the weekend and you’ve got tasty and guilt-free snacks to eat all week. Recipe – makes 16
100g of hazelnuts
100g of medjool dates
100g of desiccated coconut
4 tbsp of raw cacao powder
3 tbsp of coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Place the hazelnuts in the food processor, blitz for a minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until fully combined.
Roll into balls and pop in the freezer for 20 minutes then into the fridge until you want to dig in. These keep in the fridge for two weeks.
