Homemade Healthy Granola

I can’t get enough of granola for breakfast in the morning. It’s super quick and easy to make and will keep you going up until lunch. You can always add some dried fruit for extra sweetness. This granola will last you the week, but if you’re like me it won’t be hanging around for long! Full recipe below xx

Homemade Healthy Granola

300g oats
50g pumpkin Seed
50g sunflower Seeds
50g pecans
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
Optional: maple syrup/dried fruit

Preheat the oven to 170 c.

Mix the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds and pecans in a bowl.

Melt the coconut oil in a pan and add to the bowl of dry ingredients. Then add the cinnamon and mix well.

Put the granola into a flat roasting tray and spread out evenly.

Cook in the oven for 10 minutes and then stir. Pop back in the oven for a further 5 minutes.

Leave to cool then place in an air tight container for 1 week.
