Everybody… Vegan Nutella Crepes!
Pancake day might be the best day ever. A day dedicated to eating one of the best inventions. I’m definitely a crepe kinda gal. Usually with lemon and sugar but this weekend with homemade Nutella. This recipe will certainly be enjoyed ALL YEAR ROUND! Enjoy. Xx
Ready in 15 minutes
1 tbsp of peanut butter
250ml any Milk
125g Buckwheat flour or other flour
1 tsp of maple syrup
200g skinless toasted hazelnuts
1 tbsp of coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacao or coco powder
pinch of salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
Blend the batter ingredients together until smooth.
Heat a medium pan with some butter or coconut oil. Fry 2 tbsp of batter at a time a few mins one side and 30 seconds the other until golden. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
In the food processor blend all the Nutella ingredients together until smooth this may take 4 mins.
Then spread over the crepes and serve with berries.
