It’s nearly BBQ season which means it’s time to get the burgers out! These amazing Vegan Kale burgers with tahini dressing and avocado are the dream. They’re bursting with goodness and take just over 10 minutes to make.
Whip up dinner in a hurry, or prep these to go in your lunchbox at the beginning of the week.
You could wrap these up in lettuce leaves for a gluten free option with tomato, cucumber and some crunchy slaw.

Good For Dinner Party
In a food processor blend the kale burger ingredients together until fully combined.
Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil and divide the mixture into 4, roll into patties and place onto the frying pan and sear for 3 minutes each side until cooked through. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
To make the tahini dressing: mix everything together in a small pot until smooth. Serve the burger with rocket, sliced avocado and the tahini dressing.
