I love to serve this dish with warm, crusty sourdough bread and dip it into the runny egg and yoghurt to wipe the plate clean!

Good For Brunch
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp of chopped dill
1 tbsp of chopped coriander
1 big pinch of salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
1/2 lemon juiced
bread to serve
Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and add in the garlic, dill and coriander. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Poach 2 eggs in simmering water for 3 minutes.
Heat the butter in a pan until it bubbles then add in the olive oil, cumin and red pepper flakes to make the spicy butter.
Divide the yoghurt into two portions and plate up adding the poached eggs and drizzle the spicy butter over.
Garnish with some extra dill and serve with some toasted bread.
