This simple, creamy, energy-boosting smoothie bowl has become a recent favourite of mine. Simply switch out the coffee for decaf if you prefer… and enjoy!
Serves 2
Ready in 10 minutes
Good For Brunch, Student friendly
300g of frozen bananas
1 shot of espresso (cooled)
1tbsp of cashew butter
1 vanilla pod or tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp of oat milk
Whizz everything together until smooth.
Scoop into a bowl & top with your favourite fruit, nuts or seeds.
