#AD Food waste is such a big issue in the UK and we can all be guilty of it. Twice a week I try to do a fridge clear out meal and make some delicious recipes with whatever I have left or is soon to go off. This wrap is so simple, quick, full of flavour and great at using up any ingredients left in the fridge. One piece of advice I’d share is don’t go to the shops until you absolutely need to.
I have always found @Philadelphiauki has been a friend in my fridge as it is so versatile. This veggie wrap uses last night’s leftovers and creates a creamy, perfect quick lunch. This recipe works with any ingredients you may have leftover.
