Serves 2
Ready in 15 minutes
Good For Brunch, Student friendly
500ml Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
2tbsp Whey Protein
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
6 tbsp Chia Seeds
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl
Whisk all together and leave to sit for 15 minutes stirring every few minutes.
Place in fridge until set, around an hour (this will store for 3 days)
Serve with fruit.
