Is there anything better than a smoothie bowl in Summer? It always reminds me of being on holiday and I am grasping at those dreams this Summer. It’s super-quick to make and full of healthy ingredients to help you glow. There’s something so much more satisfying about eating your smoothie in bowl form.
There are so many different flavours and fruits you can put in to create your smoothie bowl.
2 bananas, frozen
100g strawberries, frozen
splash of oat milk
Add frozen banana and strawberries into a blender and blitz whilst adding a splash of milk.
Once it becomes the texture of ice cream then it is ready to serve.
Serve into a bowl and top with granola and fresh berries.
