As most of us have been spending more time at home, it is so important we take this time, even if it is just 10 minutes to really enjoy and savour our breakfast and have a moment of calm in the morning. Spring is such a wonderful time and invokes thoughts of all the delicious seasonal foods. I am starting my week off with a simple Strawberry and Banana smoothie bowl topped with the delicious dorset cereals Honey granola to add that extra crunch and flavour.

50g of dorset cereals Honey granola
7 frozen strawberries
2 frozen bananas
3 tbsp of oat milk
In a blender blend the frozen fruit and milk until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and decorate with fruit and granola.0
