So I jumped on the bandwagon with that viral TikTok wrap but I’ve put my own spin on it with Spinach and Chickpea Wraps, whipped up in seconds in the blender for gluten free, vegan and protein packed wraps that taste amaaazing.
If like me, you’re wanting to eat more plants this year or stay on track with healthy eating goals that are achievable a blender is definitely one of the number one things to invest in for smoothies, soups or these delicious wraps, they also make chucking in a bit of extra veg like spinach into your recipes so much easier.

150g of chickpea flour
380ml of oat milk or water
1 big pinch sea salt
70g of spinach leaves
Blend the wrap ingredients together
pour a drizzle of olive oil in a pan followed by a few tablespoons of the wrap mixture and fry a few mins each side.
Set the wraps aside until you are ready to add toppings and eat
Make a cut in halfway through the wrap to the centre and add each of the toppings in separate quarters
Fold each quarter onto the next until you create a little pocket and then enjoy
