Serves 4
Ready in 25 minutes
100g of frozen peas
1 can of chickpeas, drained
2 spring onions
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 red chilli
2 tbsp of tahini
Preheat the oven to 180C. Blend everything together and roll into 2 tbsp patties.
Heat a pan with some oil. Fry off each Pattie a few mins each side on a medium heat then pop in the oven for 15 mins.
Serve with rocket, roasted sweet potato, hummus, tomatoes and rocket!
