This Salmon Teriyaki Traybake needs just 5 minutes of prep and a hands off 10 minutes in the oven for a totally deliciously, satisfying and healthy meal. 15 minutes start to finish and a total favourite in my house.
If salmon isn’t your thing swap it out for something you love: tofu, tempeh, cod, chicken etc. It would all work just adjust the baking time as needed.
