They hit the spot after dinner with a cup of herbal tea.
I love to make a batch then I have chocolate treats for the week. It keeps for a few weeks in the fridge and you can freeze it too! I’m excited let’s get into it..
Good For Valentines
1. Melt the cacao butter on a low heat, slowly sift in the cacao powder, then stir in the honey and salt. Let this mix well and then pour into moulds.
2. I just use paper cupcake cases as moulds and pour in enough chocolate to cover the bottom keeping it 1 mm thick (like an after eight). Keep pouring into your moulds then zest over the Orange.
3. Place in the freezer for an hour and then pop into the fridge until you are ready to dig in.
