you know those moments where you just *need* a cookie?
These Peanut Butter Cookies are the perfect recipe for all those times, 5 ingredients which are probably all in your cupboard already and a mere 15 minutes later you could be enjoying these gooey, chewy and delicious gluten free cookies
250g peanut or almond butter
100g of brown or coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
100g of dark chocolate chips or chunks
preheat the oven to 170C
whisk the egg before folding in the rest of the ingredients
pop 1 tbsp of the cookie mixture onto a baking paper lined tray
Bake for 10 mins and leave to cool fully before eating
keep in an airtight container for up to a week, if they last that long!
