POV: You need a new breakfast for on the go

Life can get really busy! So for me, it’s all about finding the practical ways I can make things feel as easy as possible. Whilst I’m pulling together my Sunday Prep of delicious lunch and dinners for the week, I make sure to also set aside some time to get my breakfasts ready ahead of time too.
This bircher muesli is an absolute go-to. With an amazing slow release of energy and so incredibly easy to store, I love starting my day this way.
I enjoy topping mine with almond butter, coconut yoghurt & berries – but the choices are truly endless.

Serves 4
Ready in 25 minutes
Good For Breakfast, Brunch, Galentine’s, Student friendly
Bircher:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of oat milk
1 mashed banana
3 tbsp of raisins
3 tbsp of almond butter
3 grated apples
1 tsp of cinnamon
Toppings:
Yoghurt
Berries
Nuts
Seeds
Honey
Start by mashing the banana and grating the apple into a bowl.
Next, mix in all of the Bircher ingredients, stirring well so all of the ingredients distribute evenly.
Once mixed, either enjoy straight away, or ideally, store in airtight containers overnight and take for your breakfasts on the go.
Top with your faves, and enjoy!
