I love a summer ice lolly. They are refreshing, cold and definitely bring out my inner child! My Super Orange and Mango Ice Lollies are such a good treat to help you cool down, as the smoothie I use is cold pressed! They are so easy to make – you just mix the ingredients and freeze!
I have used my fave Savse Super Orange juice as the smoothie base, but you can juice some oranges if you can’t find Savse. I just love it as it’s cold pressed and then preserved using HPP technology, meaning that the goodness from the fruit AND vegetables remain.
Good For Picnic
Skin the mango and blend with the Savse Super Orange, coconut cream and cinnamon. Freeze in lolly holders overnight then Enjoy!
If you don’t have Super Orange just juice 3 oranges and one large carrot and mix with the rest.
The coconut cream is at the top of the coconut milk can (the harder bit) you can use the rest of the coconut cream to make my Thai coconut prawn soup. It’s such a nice addition as it gives the lollies a creamy texture, without containing dairy!
You can store in the freezer and they will last for up to 2 months!
