Preheat he oven to 200C.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Chop up the spring onion and mushrooms finely and sir through with a big pinch of salt and pepper, the chilli flakes and nutritional yeast.
Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
