Ad / I love a light toast topper that can be rustled up in minutes, and this creamy miso Shiitake mushroom does not disappoint. With a helping hand from @lurpakuk, I was challenged to bring together a few humble ingredients, creating a simple, yet delicious recipe using their Lurpak® Lighter. With only 3 natural ingredients there is no compromise on quality or flavour. ‘Same Taste, Simply Lighter.’
Mushrooms are a great addition to any brunch dish as they are full of fibre so great for a healthy gut. The combination of the Lurpak® Lighter and Miso makes this dish perfectly creamy and it is so easy to make with only 5 ingredients.
A handful of Shiitake Mushrooms
1 tbsp x Miso paste
Start by toasting the bread in the pan with some Lurpak® Lighter, then set aside.
Add the mushrooms, Lurpak® Lighter and miso paste with a splash of water into the pan and stir until creamy.
Spread the Lurpak® Lighter on the toast and add the mushrooms on top with a sprinkle or coriander.
