This Miso Ginger Cauliflower is one of those showstopper dishes that looks absolutely stunning but couldn’t be easier to make.
This miso-ginger marinade is THE BEST seriously put it on everything, you won’t regret it.

1 large cauliflower
1 tbsp miso
1 thumb ginger grated
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp water
Chopped spring onions
5 tbsp hummus
Preheat the oven to 190C
Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes until you can stick a knife into the core easily
Mix the marinade together
Pour the marinade over the steamed cauliflower and spread with a spatula
Roast the cauliflower for 45 minutes (adjust for size) until golden and crispy
Spread the hummus onto a plate with the back of a spoon and place the roasted cauliflower on top.
Sprinkle over your garnishes and enjoy!
