Ready in 10 minutes
Good For Brunch, Student friendly
1 egg
1 tub Biotiful Kefir + Protein Blackcurrant plus extra for serving
150g oat flour
1 tbsp maple syrup plus extra for drizzling
100ml oat milk or milk of choice
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Butter for cooking
Mix the kefir, egg, milk, maple syrup and baking powder in a bowl
Add in the salt and oat flour and stir to combine
Heat a pan with the butter
Pour in the pancake batter and cook for a minute on each side until crispy and golden
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, dollops of kefir, coconut flakes and fresh blackberries
