This has got to be one of my favourite dessert combinations ever, it is the Summer desert of dreams. These warm grilled peaches with cardamom and honey could not be easier to prepare with minimal ingredients and therefore minimal washing up it really doesn’t get much better.
2 tbsp of honey
6 cardamom pods
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 190C.
Slice the peaches in half and place them on a baking tray.
Bash the cardamom seeds then put them on top of the peaches with the drizzle of coconut oil and honey.
Roast for 30 minutes until golden and serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
