These Halloumi Fries are the perfect addition to pretty much any summer feast, whether that’s a picnic, bbq, dinner party or even a movie night snack they always go down a treat!
The best thing about these halloumi fries is they take less than 15 minutes to make using just 4 ingredients and despite being fries you just pop them in the oven and they’re crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside – YUM.

Ready in 15 minutes

1 block of halloumi
2 tbsp of any flour (I used coconut)
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of oregano
Preheat your oven to 190 C
Mix the flour and oregano together in a bowl.
Cut the halloumi into fingers
add you halloumi to the flour mix and coat
Rub half the oil over the bottom of the tray
The rest drizzle over halloumi.
Bake for 10 mins untill golden.
