These Granola Breakfast Ice Lollies are so much fun to0 make and eat. They’re super fun to eat at all times of the day and really easy to customise with whatever flavours you love.
100g granola
2 tbsp honey
150g natural yogurt
200g frozen berries
1 tsp chia seeds
Mix the granola and half of the honey together and place in the top of the lolly moulds
Mix the yogurt and remaining honey together and pour over the granola in the lolly moulds
Blend the chia seeds with the berries and spoon over the top of the yogurt
Pop the sticks into the moulds and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight
