Glazed Cinnamon Buns – this has been my favourite thing to make in 2019 so far!! So much fun. If you haven’t got your loved ones anything for Valentine’s/Galentines day, then give the gift of good food – what’s better than that?
Im taking my 8 gorgeous sticky cinnamon buns round to a friends, she is going to love them! I’m sure I’ll eat one or two before as well. Xx

80g of brown sugar
2 tbsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of butter of coconut oil, melted

The night before mix the flour, salt, yeast and water together. Mix until it forms a ball then place in a large bowl with a tea towel on top. Leave in a warm spot of the house.
Then next morning it should have doubled. Place some flour onto a flat surface. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle around 1 cm thick.
Brush with the 2 tbsp of oil. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Then add the cinnamon sugar. Sprinkling over the dough.
Roll the dough on the long side making a swirl. Cut into 8 sections. Leave to sit for 30 mins.
Pop in the oven at 170 for 25 mins. Mix the glaze together and pour over the top when out of the oven. Serve warm.
