I am so excited to share this super quick, super simple but incredibly delicious breakfast recipe with you all. I have been loving this on mornings when I fancy something a bit different but still want to be time efficient.
You could swap out the figs for peaches or plums… or whatever you prefer. I hope you love this as much as I have been!
Serves 1
Ready in 10 minutes
Good For Brunch, Picnic, Student friendly
1 slice of bread
3 tbsp of ricotta cheese
2 figs, quartered
1 tbsp of honey
10g of almonds
Start by chopping the almonds and slicing the figs into quarters whilst the bread is toasting.
Once toasted, spread the ricotta over the toast, top with figs, almonds and honey and enjoy!
