Incoming… another delicious Easter recipe! The way to make these cookies is to get yourself some fun cookie cutters, most supermarkets will have lots of exciting animals and Easter themed shapes and they make all the difference to make the baking experience more fun for the family. It is a great way of getting playful and creative decorating with the kids.
Serves 12
Ready in 220 minutes
Good For Afternoon Tea, Birthday, Easter, Picnic
175g almond flour
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
75g coconut or brown sugar
4 tbsp of butter or coconut oil
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Once mixed, roll Into a ball and combine.
Refrigerate for an hour then roll it out on baking paper.
Cut out the moulds with cookie cutters and bake at 170C on a lined baking tray for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Then decorate how you wish!
