I love orange with pistachio, it reminds me of baklava. These cupcakes are so delicious and I just know you will love them.
Mine are a little wonky because my cupcakes cups were a little thin and didn’t hold their shape but I think it looks nice and rustic, you can make yours more pristine!
They’re so simple to make and scrumptious to eat.
I used ground almonds instead of flour so they are gluten free and nice and nutty. The orange boost your body with some vitamin C and the almonds supply skin glowing vitamin E.
I love the dates in this dish too, giving the cakes a healthy caramel taste. These bad boys will keep for a few days in an airtight container.
