I don’t know about you, but having delicious snacks that are ready to go is an absolute must in our house. Not only are these seedy bars packed with protein, but they are super satisfying too.
Easy to make and even easier to store, I hope you love these just as much as we do.
These will last for a week in an airtight contact or kept in the fridge.
8 Medjool dates
4 tbsp of cashew butter (or other nut butter)
2 tbsp of desiccated coconut
2 tbsp of flaxseeds
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
30g of cashew nuts
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
Blitz everything together until broken down & the mixture combines and sticks when you form it together.
Line a 15-20cm baking tray with baking paper or foil.
Empty the mixture into the tray and push it together firmly.
Sprinkle with additional seeds (optional).
Leave in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
Cut into bars.
