It’s always great to find new ways of mixing up your breakfast meals, something as simple as porridge can be changed up in so many different ways. This Pear and Cinnamon porridge is perfectly comforting as we come into Spring.
Serves 2
Ready in 10 minutes
Good For Brunch, Student friendly
100g of rolled oats
300ml of oat milk
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 pears
Grate one of the pears and add it to the pan with the oats, milk and cinnamon, bring to a simmer and simmer for 3-4 mins.
Top with the other pear sliced.
