Sometimes all we fancy is a little treat. These Chocolate Hazelnut bites are one of my favourite things to whip up and the good thing is that they will last a week in the fridge (but if you’re like me, they’ll be gone in 24 hours). I first made these for Kieran and I when we wanted something sweet after dinner to munch on with a film.
Whip these up with your man, your friends or your mum! The perfect indulgence for a healthy night in.

Freeze for 1 hour until hard.
Melt the chocolate, cut the bar into bite size squares and dip in the chocolate.
Place back in the freezer to harden up.
My food philosophy is all about enlivening the hottest, happiest and healthiest you. It’s about keeping things simple and delicious so you don’t feel bored or deprived.
