This avocado and butter bean dip is so creamy and smooth and takes just minutes to make it is so simple. There is nothing quite like a homemade dip especially when butter beans provide plenty of protein to keep our blood sugar levels balanced.

Ready in 5 minutes
Good For BBQ, Brunch, Dinner Party, Lunch, Picnic, Side, Student friendly
1 can of butterbeans, drained
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder or granules
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 lime juiced
2 tbsp of fresh coriander
Put all of the ingredients in the food processor and blitz until combined.
Dip into crudités and enjoy!
This dip can last 3-4 days in the fridge.
