Ready in 5 minutes
500 ml milk of choice (I used oat)
½ tsp Ashwagandha
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Smooth Nut Butter (I used almond butter)
In a saucepan heat the milk for a few minutes on a low heat
Pour in the ashwagandha, cacao, maple syrup, nut butter and spices
Mix the hot chocolate together and pour into mugs
Optional: heat some extra milk and froth up using a milk frother
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon
