These apple rings are such a great treat, fun to make and super tasty to eat.
I like to take them on the go as a snack and they are also a great sugar free snack for kids.
I have covered them with blood-sugar regulating cinnamon, which helps with cravings and gives them a nice sweet taste.
Preheat the oven to 100 C.
Melt the coconut oil. Once melted, add the ginger and cinnamon. Thinly slice the apple and dip it into the cinnamon and coconut oil mix.
Place them on a baking tray in the oven for 70 mins until crisp.
