I love premaking a bircher muesli and bringing it on the go with me in the morning. If I’ve got a quick turnaround in the morning I’ll prepare a bircher with oats, almond milk, apples and leave it in the fridge overnight to soak. It always gets me springing out of bed and fuelled for the day ahead. I love how creamy and fruity a bircher muesli is and it certainly helps how easy it is to make!

150g of porridge oats
300ml of apple juice
100ml of oat milk
1 apple grated
1 handful of raisins
1 tsp of cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge.
You can keep it for 3-4 days and help yourself throughout the week.
Mix it up and serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
