This homemade guac and chips is a great recipe for a quick after school snack for the kids – fun, easy and ready in 10 minutes. What’s even better is that it can involve both of you in the cooking process, whilst nibbling on the ingredients as you go, which Shay loves to do!
1 lime juiced
6 cherry tomatoes chopped
Salt and pepper
Chilli to taste
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Cut up the tortillas into triangles then add the tortilla chips into a roasting tray and drizzle over a little oil and rub around.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
Mash the guacamole ingredients together with a fork in a bowl.
