When I was younger my mum would always make This delicious 10 Minute Homemade Granola and it was such a staple in our home and something I’ve always continued for my own family.
Once you know how easy it is to make your own granola you’ll never buy store bought again.
Reasons to make your own granola:

🍯 you can totally customise the ingredients to suit your tastebuds, health needs and dietary requirements.
⏰ it literally takes 10 minutes start to finish – quicker and cheaper than running to the store to buy some.

2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp olive or coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
50g puffed rice
100g mixed seeds or nuts (I used mixed seeds and flakes almonds)
50g raisins or other dried fruit
2 tbsp dried coconut
Preheat the oven to 180C
Mix together the spices, salt, maple and oil
Stir through the cereals, nuts and fruit
Spread onto a baking sheet in a thin, even layer and bake for 10 minutes
Decent into an airtight container and store for a few weeks (if it lasts that long!)
