I’m a mother, nutritional therapist and author who has been sharing recipes to help you get the glow back for the last 8 years...
I love meat, my body needs it. I don’t eat processed, crappy meat. I am very careful when choosing which meat I buy. It has to be grass fed and pasture raised.
I met the field & flower boys a year or so ago and fell in love with their philosophy and ethics towards what they do. Since then I have been getting their meat delivered every month and using their cuts to create my tasty dishes. Their diverse portfolio of meats includes grass fed lamb and beef, pasture raised pork and chicken and a whole host of fresh organic cheeses.
So, especially for you I have created my very own box which can be ordered as a one-off or as a regular delivery. The fresh meat is delivered in chilled cool boxes, packed with gel ice packs. All the meat can be frozen for up to 3 months so you don’t have to feel rushed to eat it all at once! I get mine delivered each month and it normally comes in the morning so I wake up and bring it inside. You can specify a safe place to leave the box if you’re not at home at the time of delivery. When I get my box I just pop the bits I need for the next few days in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. It saves times and the produce is so AMAZING.
So what’s in it?
I have hand picked my favourite grass-fed and free-range field & flower cuts that are lean, tender and full of flavour. Inside this box you will also find my top healthy eating tips as well as nutritious homemade recipes to help you get creative in the kitchen.
