I am so excited to announce that as well as being the Harrods Health Ambassador for 2016, I am also their Chef of the Season! Over the last 6 months I have developed a delicious range of healthy food-to-go, that is now available in the Harrods Food Halls. The Recipes are inspired by the Glow Guides, my new holistic transformational program that is available to download now.
My Glow Guides range at Harrods is suitable for everyone – from delicious vegan dishes like my Soba Noodle Salad and Sweet Potato Wedges, to my Shepherd’s Pie with Celeriac Mash – its all out of this world. And don’t worry there are sweet treats that are refined-sugar-free like my Raw Lemon and Berry Cheesecake and my Espresso and Cardamon Energy Balls.
