If you’re keen for a light lunch, the protein boost of the Green Goddess Salad Bowl is the perfect choice for a mid-shop pit stop. Fresh, feel-good greens with a simple dressing, complemented by gooey-middle soft boiled eggs and sliced avocado is a healthy taste sensation. For something slightly more substantial, the Thai beef is so darn delicious you’d be fooled in to thinking it can’t possibly be full of goodness. But it is. As is the salmon with paprika-spiced yoghurt and ribbons of sweet, crunchy cucumber. Be sure to save room for dessert too, because it doesn’t get better than my raw chocolate cherry fudge.
