I am so excited to have a number 1 selling book, it’s kind of mental. I firstly want to thank you for you support and love. None of this would be possible without you. Starting this Monday the 25th I want all of you get the glow’ers to join together to do the 6 week programme as a ‘Get the Glow challenge’. We will quit sugar, beat the bloat and live our glow together!
I have seen quite a few people embark on my 6 week program so I wanted to do a live challenge, and I’ll be doing it right with you!
Right, it’s action time. In order to complete the Get the Glow challenge, you’ll need to do the following things:
1. You need to get your book, if you haven’t got it you can grab it from Amazon or for other retailers, look at my website 2. Clear your cupboards of sugar, gluten, treats or temptations 3. Decide a few recipes to cook up and do a shop for the week ahead
