Get the Glow – my book comes out today!

Today my book comes out. This has taken a year to put together and I really can’t believe the day has arrived. It started out as a dream and now has become a reality.

This book isn’t just a cook book, it’s a nutritional bible and life changer. It contains a 6 week program that takes you on a journey to enliven the hottest, happiest and healthiest you. It gets you to quit sugar, eat healthy and think positively about your body. I teach you how to heal your digestive system and beat the bloat, combat stress and finish off with a guide on living this way forever (This ain’t a diet book it’s a lifestyle book!)

There is a meal plan followed by 100 delicious recipes from your simple green juice all the way to slow roast lamb. They are simple recipes you can cook up in a flash and I promise there is something in there for everyone. My favourite recipes are the monk fish curry, raw lemon cheesecake and the salmon and pea omelette.

The photography is so beautiful, it could even be a coffee table book!
